Do prospects have to be on Shopify?

For now, yes. The goal is to be able to sell to anyone by May 17.

If a prospect right now is not on Shopify, walk them through what we do and schedule a follow-up call around May 17 to actually close them then. Do not burn the lead, just delay the close.

Who do I prioritize when cold-calling?

Two options depending on what you want to pitch.

Option A: Go big, pitch Ember + Management. Target larger companies with $100K+ monthly ad spend. The pricing only makes sense at that level, so do not bother going smaller if this is your angle.

Option B: Go smaller, pitch the software. Target Shopify brands with $2.5K+ monthly ad spend. Volume play. More accounts to work, more meetings booked.

Either approach works. Pick based on whether you want fewer, bigger conversations or higher meeting volume on the software side.

What is the commission structure for BTY sales reps?

Still being finalized. The structure will be shared once it is locked in.

What are the three packages?

The intro video on The Offer module covers this conceptually. In short:

Software only. Full access to the platform: clear data visibility, every metric explained, the ability to execute directly into Meta and Google (build campaigns, adjust them, run the whole workflow themselves). Plus Manta, the built-in AI CMO (think Jarvis): they ask anything, it executes on their behalf.

Management Services. Everything in Software, plus we manually run their Meta and Google ads.

Creative Studio. Everything in Software, plus we manually produce their creatives.

Software access is included in every package. Management and Creative Studio layer done-for-you services on top.

What leads can BTY reps call, and how often?

Holding off on this until coordinated with Jeppe, since there are existing commission structures we need to align with. We will sync with him and circle back to the team with clarity.
